Tomorrow is the day

When I find out if 5 days of the treadmill and being so good I didn’t even take a bite of Sophia’s cheeseburger the other day has paid off any. The week wasn’t too hard, I did have some cravings, challenges and didn’t want to exercise most of the time, but I did. I’ll post tomorrow how it went.

Good Start

Well we went back to weight watchers AGAIN on the 24th and I had gained 3 pounds since Valentine’s day, thank you holidays -_- I wasn’t great this past week so yesterday when I lost 2 pounds I was happy. My mom and I stopped by Jenny Craig and got some of their food since we are still technically members. Today I’m off to a good start, a banana, apple cinnamon waffles from Jenny Craig and 2 pieces of chocolate (cause I forgot I was doing ww lol) Here’s to losing 2 more pounds this week!

Update

So I’ve been posting pics of food but haven’t really written anything in awhile so I thought I’d write about my progress. Friday we went back to weight watchers and I was up 0.8 since November which I’d normally be upset about but since it had been the holidays and I hadn’t been good at all except for the past week I thought 0.8 wasn’t too bad. Well then we went to jack in the box and I was bad and then Applebee’s for happy hour where I had boneless wings, potato twists and a long island ice tea =X oops. Saturday was a new day and I did well. Today I was invited out to an Asian buffet for my uncle’s bday, uh oh I thought, I mean I know there are healthy options but I always do horrible at buffets. Well as you can see from my picture in my last post I did surprisingly well. I had two plates that looked like that and I counted my whole lunch as 21 points. I forgot to take a pic of dinner but we had salmon burgers, tator tots and broccoli. That’s all for now.

Day 3 - Weight Loss Journey

So today is Day 3 of being back on weight watchers. So far its going better then I thought it would. When I get into a habit of eating its hard for me to stop it, so instead of eating every 2-3 hours I have to make myself eat every 4-5 hours on smaller meals. I have little snacks in between but not like I was doing. For breakfast today I had a weight loss shake, and then for snack I had egg rolls from lean cuisine + 2 tbsp (ended up only eating 1 tbsp) of orange sauce from Panda Express, you get 3 egg rolls for 5 points which is pretty good since its tasty and fills you up. Now Sophia is sleeping and I’ve started laundry, going to do some gaming.
